Voting for Southeastern Division Director will begin once eligible ARRL members receive an email from the League’s election service provider, Election Services Co. (ESC) of Melville, New York. If a valid email address is on file with ARRL, expect an email from ARRLElection@mg.ElectionServicesCorp.com between September 25th and October 1st, 2025.
This email from ESC provides instructions for reviewing each candidates’ statement and casting your ballot electronically. In addition, all eligible members will receive a postcard with similar details, including how to access the website to review candidate information and submit your vote.
If you prefer to vote by paper ballot, you can request one through the website listed in your election email or postcard. Please note: each member may vote only once—either electronically or by paper.
If you do not receive your election email or postcard by October 2nd, please contact Election Services Co. at ARRLElection@ElectionServicesCorp.com or call them at 866-720-4357.
All ballots must be received by ESC no later than noon EST on November 21st, 2025.
